Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods such as coffee, pepper, and other food items.
  • Opened or partially used items.
  • Products that are intimate, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Proof of Purchase

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned more than 10 days after delivery (only in special circumstances).

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be delays in processing refunds.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at thefarmerspride2024@gmail.com and ship the item to: 6, Chellamal apartments, J.J Road Rathinapuram, Madurai-625011.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: thefarmerspride2024@gmail.com.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
